We have grown rapidly over the last few years whilst performing critical work that powers the UK and, in the process, we have accumulated numerous awards and accolades. Throughout all of that, though, we have ensured that our people remain at the heart of what we do. After all, it is our staff who have been the driving force behind our achievements.

Regardless of your background, the one thing we always look for is passion, which can come from all kinds of places. It’s no surprise then that we employ people from all walks of life – including those that have joined us after a career in the Armed Forces, have a medical background, and even teachers. We constantly find that a diverse workforce brings a different way of thinking and contributes to innovation and enhanced performance.
We are incredibly proud of our commitment to apprenticeships, with many of our Senior Leadership Team, starting their careers through this pathway. We have a successful history of bringing young people into the business and supporting their development through apprenticeships and value the contribution they make to our business.
